How it Works
You can either embed the chat window onto your web-page or use it as an exit pop-up
The VSP senses when your website's visitors attempt to exit without buying anything, or leaving contact information. Just before they leave, the salesperson pops up and tries to convince them to change their mind and make a purchase.
When embedded, the VSP can serve as an additional promotional tool for your web-page. Your visitors can initiate contact with the VSP for a detailed explanation about your brand and products/services. That is a great way to add an additional value as well as getting an edge over your competitors.
First, you need to create your own salesperson in 5 simple steps:
It takes about 5 minutes to create your own salesperson.

We require a few basic details about your website, e.g. your name, location and website URL.

You may choose from one of our default skin designs.
It is optional to upload your own header that will be fully tailored to your website.

Choose your desired pop-up settings. You can either embed the VSP onto your web-pages, pop it up on exit, or after a certain time has elapsed.

Fill in a few basic details about your brand and website. These details will be presented to your visitors upon request.

|
Describe your promoted products or services. The VSP will promote your desired products.
Please note your VSP can promote more than one product/service.

When the VSP is ready to go online, it automatically generates a short script to be placed at the bottom of your webpage.
All you have to do is to paste that script just before the </body> tag, and the Virtual Sales Person (VSP) will start saving your wasted traffic!
As our customer, you will have access to your VSP's data that has been saved in our system, including chat logs and click statistics. This way you can track down successful chats and optimize your website's performance. That is also a great way to learn about your own customers and their needs.
